Downloads FAQ

Walls / Wallpaper

All of our Signs, Posters etc. are in fact just walls/wallpapers. They are Hack-Free and will work with the basic Sims 2 game and all expansion packs. To blend in with the rest of the room, we have included a blank wall section to match all walls used. We recommend that you use this blank wall supplied, rather than the Maxis wall from which it is cloned, to ensure exact colour matching,

Murals

Our Murals are also wallpapers, consisting of multiple wall sections, but do not need a matching blank wall section, unless specified otherwise, as most of them cover the complete wall. Murals will work with all variants of the game.

Lots

Each Lot is associated with particular wall collections. Although the Lot may not contain all of the walls in that collection, it is a convenient way of installing a large selection of the walls into your game.

NB: Each Lot is available in either Furnished or Un-Furnished state. Un-furnished Lots should work with all variants of the Sims 2 game, however, Furnished Lots are built using various expansion packs, which are specified with each Lot. If you do not have the relevant expansion pack some items may be missing from the installed Lot, or at worst, the Lot may not work.

Collections

Some Walls may be available as Maxis style Collections. That is, a group of walls of similar type, which you can download as a ready-made collection for installation into the game. See Collections for more details.
