The Golden Llama - A British (sort of) Pub

A cosy bar area with card table and dart board, opening into an intimate dining area, and also featuring a pool/games room. Designed as a community lot, the pub has a commercial kitchen downstairs, but also another kitchen in the upstairs flat, so it could make a home business. Additionally, it has four guest rooms upstairs, so it could even be used as a hotel. Outside features include a beer garden, car park and bus stop.
